Match customer records to public data
Cloudswift aggregates publicly visible data and compares it with the records you already keep. Obituary Match helps insurance companies look for unreported deaths among policyholders, annuitants, and pension payees.
From a book of business to candidate matches
You bring customer records. Cloudswift compares them with public data in the FactGraph, starting with obituaries.
Obituary Match
Look for unreported deaths among policyholders, annuitants, and pension payees by matching those records to publicly visible obituaries.
FactGraph
The graph of public data Cloudswift aggregates. It is the reference side of a match, including publicly visible obituaries.
Graph Connections
Entity and graph matching between customer records and the FactGraph. Results are candidates. We do not publish an accuracy rate.
Connection Alerts
When an agreement includes them, a notice that a new public-data connection appeared for a record you are watching.
Built around insurance books
Obituary Match is the product we lead with. The examples below are use cases, not claims about a particular customer.
Life insurance
Compare in-force policyholders with publicly visible obituaries to surface deaths that were not reported to you.
Annuities
Check annuitants the same way, so payments that should have stopped can be reviewed by your team.
Pensions
Match pension payees against the same public obituary data and review the candidates before you change a payment.
What a match is, and is not
- The reference data is public. Obituaries on the FactGraph are ones that were publicly visible and that Cloudswift has collected.
- A result is a candidate for a person to review. Sharing a name with an obituary is not, by itself, proof of a death.
- What you send, what Cloudswift stores, and whether alerts are included are set in the agreement. There is no published price list.
