Connection Alerts

Connection alerts are a notice that the FactGraph gained a connection for a record you asked us to watch. They are included when the agreement says so. They are not a self-serve feed on this website.

What it does

A watched record

Alerts apply to records already in a commercial workflow, such as a book you matched with Obituary Match. They are not a general news subscription.

A new public-data connection

The event is a new link between that record and public data in the FactGraph, for example an obituary that was collected after the first match.

Delivery set in the agreement

How a notice arrives, who receives it, and how long a watch lasts are commercial terms. This site does not list channels or a latency number.

Still a candidate

An alert means the graph changed in a way the agreement said to report. It still needs the same review as any other match.

Where it is used

After the first obituary match

A policyholder who did not match last quarter may match when a new public obituary is collected.

A book you keep paying

Annuity and pension payees are the same idea: watch the people still being paid, if alerts are part of the agreement.

Ask before you count on it

If alerts are not in the agreement, the product you have is the match you run, not an ongoing notice.

Described plainly

  • We do not advertise a delivery time, a retention period, or a list of channels as a guarantee.
  • Alerts are secondary to Obituary Match. The lead offer is the match itself.
  • Turning alerts on is a sales conversation, not a toggle on this website.

Talk with us about Connection Alerts

Tell us about the file you want to match. We will say whether it fits and what the agreement needs to cover.
