This policy covers cloudswift.com, the marketing site. A commercial agreement covers customer files you match through the product. That agreement controls if it says something more specific.

Contact form

If you write to us, we process your name, work email, company, topic, and message. The site delivers that submission to the destination configured for it. If that destination is not configured, the form does not accept the message. We do not sell these submissions.

To ask about a submission, use the same form. We can only act on a copy that the configured destination still has.

Log in and demo access

Log in uses a one-time code emailed by the Cloudswift commercial API (WorkOS Magic Auth). This site sends your email, and then the code you type, to that API. The API base URL is configuration, not something you type in.

When the API accepts the code, this site stores the session token and the refresh token in separate httpOnly cookies. Later calls, including GET /v1/commercial/whoami, send the session token as a bearer token. The refresh token is sent only to renew that session. Neither token is written into page storage. Logging out clears both cookies.

Public obituaries

Cloudswift aggregates obituaries and other records that are already publicly visible. Matching a customer file to that data is a commercial service. Do not put a production file of customer records in the contact form.

Changes

If this policy changes in a material way, the effective date above will change and the new text will be on this page.
